St. LAC (pronounced “Saint Lack”) is located in the Kingston area and provides Grass Roots Motorsports and regional affiliation to enthusiasts in the south-eastern area of Ontario. It is one of the oldest clubs in Canada first formed in 1951.

Its car-shaped club logo was designed by Jack Luck, who helped found the original CASC National Body with a meeting in Kingston in 1953. He later devised the CASC logo with its similar badge. St. LAC has a club series of Solo II events throughout the summer as well as hosting an Ontario Provincial Championship Solo II Meet each spring. Family social events are also held during the year. Members are involved in Solo I & II, Road Racing, Vintage Racing, Rallying as well as Marshalling. Shannonville Motorsport Park and Picton Airfield are located close by and are used for Solo II events. An award-winning club newsletter “The TACH”, with a variety of articles on auto topics is published quarterly. Business meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the RCAF Club (located at the entrance to the Kingston Airport), beginning at 7:30 PM.
