I am new to Solosprint this year and can run most of the events. How many do we have to run to score full points? Do I have to run the Solosprint championships or can I sit that one out?

The best 6 out of 9 are scored for the Ontario Mobil 1 championship. The Agincourt Autohaus National SoloSprint championship at Mosport sanctioned by ASN does not score for the Ontario championship ( The Honda guys would complain too much about this being a power track anyway :D )

That's because being Honda guys, they find it easier to whine, than man up and make some power ;)

This should be submitted to CASC-OR so that the events page can be updated!

Roughly what time does an event day finish up at?

Usually 5pm ... the drivers meetings and BBQ follows, and most people are packed up and gone by 6:30 or so.

A few days before the event, look for "Supplementary Regulations" posted by the hosting club to get a detailed and confirmed schedule. But you can plan to register and have your car scrutineered between 7:30 and 8:30am, then the driver's meeting, and be on the track by 9:00am.
So as a general guideline, be registered with your car scrutineered and ready to go on track by 8:30.
