Are there too many people in C modified?

I think my car is going to end up in C modified. I have done some mods that wont improve the performance but surprisingly cost me points. I was wondering if C modified class is full of people or I will be racing by myself !!!

What mods do you have done to the car?

C-mod generally has very few compeditors.

I have exhaust, cam, racing seats, different headlights, different bumpers, set of gauges (oil temp, pres etc.)
removed rear seat etc. Most of these mods dont increase the performance but they all add points. :confused:

Well, the cam is worth 1 point, the header is worth another.

Rear sets can be removed to allow for exter tire storage space...........atleast in SOLO 2.
For 2003 i'm sure whether we will adopt this rule or not. However why not put the rear seats back in?

Gauges don't cost any points.

Headlights? as long as they don't wieght alot less or removed completely then no points here. I know VW guys like to swap head lights with other VW's, call this updateing/backdating.

so what else do you have done? So far i count you have 2 points, modified is ALONG ways away. :)

oh I forgot, I have suspension, K&N intake with home made piping to get cold air. Upper stress bar, rear swaybar but removed the original one. I have some other mods but cant recall.

How can you have too many people in a group? More competition breeds better drivers.
