Tentative TLMC Schedule for 2003

The dates are kinda still in the air, but here goes anyway. I'll post when dates are confirmed.


May 4 or 18 (or both)
June 15 or 22
July 13 or 27
August 17 or 24
September 7 or 21
October 5 or 12 or 19 or 26 (duh!)

I know a few of these dates conflict with PITL events, but most don't. Hope to see you all there.

Yeah, I just noticed that even if we run 2 in May, that's only 7 events...we had 8 last year, and the shootout on top of that! I'll see what we can do. Maybe we can squeeze one more in...

Are non-members allowed to compete?

I only started solo2 last year with a few PITL events, but i'm looking to get a lot more exposure this year.

yes, they are. although there are limited numbers of 50(i think). this is because TLMC likes to do alot of runs (8).

if you are a member, you have signority to participate over a non-member.

You're sort of right Andrew. Members can (and must) book their spot ahead of time, so technically eddie, if you were standing in line in front of Andrew (a member) and there's only one spot left, and he didn't confirm, you're in, he's not.

That said, now that we have gotten pretty good at timing 2 cars at a time, it looks like the cap will be lifted (or at least raised to 60) We hate turning people away, especially being so far, ask Simon (7plymaple) or Pat Yorke, it happened to both of them last summer. Luckily for Pat, Dave Galos (our slalom director) was nice enough to give up his spot (he had already clinched the points race)
