I unstuck the 2006 threads, Chuck will deal with the 2007 threads if some should be unstuck too.

The 2006 Rules Sticky was the only way to find the rules... for now. Can we re-sticky that?

Scott, I don't remember if the online registration procedures where stickies or Announcements, but I don't see them now.... they were very useful links, specially for new people... any way we can have that back to the top of the forum? (Car registration, Request car number, online Event Registration).
