Guys,

Did anybody managed to snag an extra (or 2) 30% off coupon that Williams was handing out at the Performance World show?

Since I never found them when I went on Friday, I missed out.

I'm looking to guinea pig these pads in early April, so if I could snag a coupon, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Pat

I had a talk with the williams people and from what i could discerne the 30% will be available to most of the motorsport community.Much along the same lines as Toyo gives you 40% off list.
Seem like nice people to deal with and are open to sponsership deals.
Seeing as how they have in the past been trade suppliers, they are new to the public market and want to make some inroads.

I will be giving their pads a try and hopefully we will end up with a local supplier of good race pads.

At least this is what i culled from my conversation with their rep.Sorry, i do not remember his name.

I tracked them down and when I asked about the difference between the 30% show flier and the 20% off for Solo competitors, they told me that they would only offer 30% for merchandise ordered at the show.

I must say that they were quite open to talk about their product, and they kept asking me if my name was Pat.

How does a Solo 1 member get a 40% off list discount on Toyo's. Hook me up, who has such a deal and where can I get them?

You don't even need to go to the Toyoracing site (though you do get some decent schwag from them!).

Tireworks, and most other *official* Toyo Motorsports authorized dealers will already give you the standard 25% off.

BTW, you won't get 40% off list price on the Toyo's unless you buy LOTS each year. I purchased three full sets last year, and never budged from the 25% mark.

You gotta be kidding me....

I also purchased 2 sets of Toyo's from Tireworks last year and your right they didn't budge off the 25% discount. So how do find the other 15%? Any point in trying to do a group purchase at the start of the season? There must be a way.

Well, I bet if you purchased 20 sets of tires from Toyo, they might be willing to give you 40% off.

Otherwise, I haven't seen ANYBODY who does better than the 25% off list.

When I spoke to Toyo's rep about the R-Program this year, they indicated that the list price discount schedule is increasing.

I'll let you know when I get my package.

I understood the 40% discount on Toyo RA-1's was a benefit of registering for the new CASC-OR Touring GT Championship Road Racing Series which is being sponsored by Toyo.

I would expect that lesser discounts (say 25%) are being offered where the purchaser is not registered for the series.

by the way does anyone have a link to the suggested price list to which the discounts apply?

RRR,

Contact Tireworks. Last year they had a size and price sheet showing the suggested retails and discounts.
