Hey guys,
For those of you who remember me at the solo school, I was in the white 1987 300zx turbo, and it died on the track. Myself and a couple helpfull guys (thanks alot btw) came to the conclusion that the fuel pump had died.

I have now replaced the fuel pump and still no start. Even when I jump the pump with power directly from the battery the engine will not start.

Here is a list of the things I have checked/done:
-There is a spark
-Injectors are getting a pulse
-Timing belt marks line up
-Fuel pressure checks out (40 psi)
-Compression is borderline spec on 5 cyl(120psi) and 30psi below on 1 cyl (90 psi)
-Swapped ECU with another one.
-Replaced EFI relay
-Checked MAF

I am at a loss here, any input would be great.
Thanks alot.

did you check all vacume hoses/lines? Even a hole in a rubber intercooler boot will cause a no start situation, along with a disconnected vacume line to a fuel pressure regulator...........other than that did you check to see if it has gas in it:D

try unplugging the maf and seeing if it will start

you may have a large piping leak which would cause the maf to not see vaccum (air flow) and not give injector pulse.

double check your spark and the firing order

check your timing

check your plugs are getting wet with fuel for sure

check your vaccum source to the fpr

if i can think of anything else that i would check right away i'll post it up
