Organized by the track using the full course layout. It should be a fairly quiet day as its just a normal t-n-t day at the strip as well.
Remember, there are noise limits that must be adhered to. Last time I was there we had to do a stationary test revving to ~5k in neutral, and they took 2 readings (side and rear, approx 5m away). According to the site the limit is 102db.
