What do I bring ??

I'll be coming to the Open House at CSC on Sunday and I would like to know what I need to bring as far as $$$ and I.D. to sign up to participate in Solo I this season .

You will need your club (TAC, HADA, OMSC, BAC, etc.) membership card to get a CASC license.

You will need a few cheques (fewer if you are taking advantage of the Open House special, and paying for everything at once).

If you are paying by post-dated cheques, bring one per weekend plus one for your CASC license, and possibly another one if you will be joining a club.

You should print off the registration forms, and fill them out as best you can. People will be there to help if you have any questions.

Ok, so what if I'm somewhat unprepared for the open house? I have been working 2 basically full time contracts until recently and haven't had the time to get my club membership or CASC licence renewed. Oh, I I won't be able to actually get to the open house this weekend.

I intend to do a few solo 1 events this year, but I'd like to reserve last year's number (#20), so I don't need new magnets. What options do I have?

Brian,

Since you're in Ottawa, you can mail or fax in the forms and qualify for the Open House rate. You'll need a CASC license when you show up at the track.

I'll put together the package and mail it in and in the meantime renew my CASC licence.
