Ok, here's the scoop:
I'm down to either Pirelli Zero-C or Toyo RA1's. Both 205-50-15.
The Pirelli's will be $25/tire more than the Toyos.
I'll be using them mostly for Solo 2 and probably a couple of lapping days.
What should I go with?

I don't have any personnal experience with the Perlli's but I sure have experience with the Toyo RA1's. They are a well known tire and setup information is freely available from many sources. They work very well in the rain and only get better in the dry as they wear down. They are long lasting, very forgiving and will allow high drift angles without losing traction suddenly. A great tire for beginner's and seasoned veterans.
I have tried Khumo Esta's, BFG R1's (when available), BFG Gee Force and even Hoosier's but have returned to Toyo RA1's as my competition tire choice and have never been disappointed in their performance.
