The biggest "free" mod is seat time. It's free in the sense that it doesn't cost any PIPs but it does cost time and $$$. There is no mod that you can make to your car that will give you a better bang for your buck in terms of improving lap time.

Beyond that I would probably look at optimizing your suspension. I believe that the Newspeed springs are identical to th H&R Race spring. If so they have rates of 583lb/in (F) / 450lb/in (R). At a minimum I'd swap those around and put the stiffer spring in the rear to aid in rotation. I'd also look at possibliy upping the rear rates even more but obviously ride comfort will suffer.

I'm not sure what your alignment is set to but if you're taking a point for it, which I assume you are, I'd maximze that setting.

I'm not very familiar with the Falken's but I think the Azeni's are still a street tire, though supposedly a damn good one. I'd probably go to some R-compound tire like a Kumho V700 or Toyo RA-1.

Lastly, I'd probably upgrade the pads to a Hawk Blue or at a minimum HP+ compound. Changing the brake fluid to one with a higher dry boiling point (like the Ford Spec DOT3 fluid) is a good idea. Though it won't directly make you faster, your brakes will not fad as quickly.

Then of course there are the obvious stuff like making sure your car is in good tune (plugs, timing, etc.)

Hope that's a good start.
