Hey all,
I am taking the Solo I on May 10th. I'm also considering taking the one in July. The main reason is that it's at Mosport, and I have never been on that track ... seems like a good learning experience.
My questions is whether the Solo I school is based on driver level, or is every school the same? In other words, if I take both, will I just learn the same stuff twice, but on a different track, or will the second one expand on the first?
it will be same information...but on a different track, more experiance always helps.....you will have fun either way

Yes, I know. I'm going to that one, but I was also considering the one on July 12th, which is at Mosport

The Mosport School is on the DDT , not the "Big" track. Still quite challenging and has sig elevation changes.

We're looking at dividing the students into 2 groups based on track experience. The more experienced group will have a chance to get into higher level discussions during the class, and should run faster on the track.
We're looking to have a good mix of classroom, skidpad/exercises, and lots of track time.
The classroom sessions should be interesting, as we're looking to get a variety of instructors presenting their favourite topics. We've also got a great handbook that we'll be providing.

I still haven't entirely figured out what the instructors will be doing this year.

Hmm.. now where do I know of a performance driving curriculum that would be ideal for this type of school?
