Hey is anyone interested in buying racing seats? the link above should have the picture of the two seats you can buy. They are manufactured and sold to whoever whats to buy them.
They come in different colours, such as, black, red, yellow and blue. They weight less then sparcos and bigger in almost everyway. ANd cheaper b/c your not paying for the name. They are sold out of Toronto ,Ontario and can be shipped or picked up.
If anyone is interested in them please feel free to contact me @ gianpaolo@borgo.com
Thanks
Gian-Paolo
Price? Is there a store where I could sit in one? I'm in the GTA so that's not a problem.

The Seats will be in Etobicoke , and a sample will be there , We are starting to get them shipped in and should have one ready to show by the late May.
I do attend the Solo 2 events and will bring a seat to the event in case any1 is interested in it.
The Extreme 2000 goes for about $420 each without the silder if u want it. They weigh 16.5lbs which are considerable light compared to other seats on the market
The Raves go for about $600 each without the silder . Please remember the Raves are 19.5lbs which are also considerable light compared to other seats on the market
Price is always negotiable

Let us know what solo II events you'll be at.
I'm interested in the seats, but I actually like how small the sparco's are... I like your prices better though.

The seats are manufactured my a company who makes OEM seats for the Big Auto Manufactures, so i can guarentee you the quality and safety is there. These seats are being approved in the states as we speak.
The deminsions are in the pictures, hopefully you can see it, if not let me know. That should give you an idea if it will fit you or not.
It will fit any model of car, just have to specify the brackets you need.
The seats have been delayed because i'm still waiting for a part and i'm not going to show people an unfinished product. The part is nothing major just sum brackets to attach it to a car.
I'm hoping and should be able to show the public as of the week of the 15th of june.
If people are interested, and the inventory is in they should be able to have the seats in no time.
I will be showing them at the autocross events mostly SOLO 2's events on the weekends.

Don't be so sure. A major manufacturer of Aluminium racing seats, renowned for quality, workmanship, used in NASCAR, etc., sent their best seat for testing to the then-new FIA standard about four years ago at my request. It broke.
AFAIK, there is no "approval" for race seats and mounts/sliders outside of FIA. Passenger car seats can get FMVSS approval in the US, or TuV/Ec in Europe, etc., but that's totally different (although there are plenty of aftermarket seats that don't even meet FMVSS - i.e., they are *worse* than OE seats).
As an aside, most FIA seats now do NOT come with protective foam in the headrest, as FIA regulations now specify different headrest foams for different classes of racing and, for some foam, different ambient temperatures.
YMMV.
