My wife just bought a winter tire/wheel combo from someone she works with. I'll be putting them on her car tonight but before I do, can someone let me know what the lugnut torque spec is? This is for a 320i if that matters.

Aluminum wheels are usually 80lbs-85lbs. Steels I put at 95lbs. They are bolts btw :) Don't use any anti-seize ... just clean the theads with a wire brush if they're corroded.

D'oh on me not remembering they were bolts... I've been so thoroughly assimilated into the Honda (aka Manson) "family" that I forgot LOL
Thanks Arek

The book lists most BMW wheel torque at 88lbs./ft. Yes, they are bolts, and anti-seize is not recommended to be used on wheel bolts/nuts. "wet" torque, and "dry" torque are two different readings on most applications due to shear, but that being said, please...for your safety...no grease on wheel bolts!
