Good morning drivers!
It's that time of year for us to start thinking about taking our cars out and blowing the dust off of them
for track time !
I have secured 3 Sunday morning dates over the next 4 months... They are:

Sunday, April 27th 8am-12pm
Sunday, May 25th 8am-12pm
Sinday, June 29th 8am-12pm

Price for each date is $80.00 +gst ( additional drivers/same car, $35.00+gst )
To book your spot(s), we can accept cc in advance, or chq , money order, cash, at our office. ( mail in is fine )
TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT, WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. NO MONEY WILL BE
ACCEPTED AT THE TRACK.

For a "three lapping day bonus", I have implemented the following:
Book one day - $80.00+gst
Book 2 days - $75.00+gst each.
Book all 3 days - $70.00+gst each. ( all to be paid in advance of 1st day )

These time slots worked very well last year with being able to get away early, let the family sleep in, and get
home before they knew it! ;) Plus, you have the rest of the day to relax after a great morning of playtime with your car
and a bunch of great guys. ( and gals )
We will be following the same format as last year with 12 cars on the track at once, all day long, and after 20 minutes,
if someone has been out that entire time, I will have them pulled so others can get on in a timely manner. Again, this
worked well, and the longest wait time was maybe 3 minutes for a car on the grid.
These are "advanced" driver days only, no 1st timers please, unless they are a passenger and want to learn the track and
see what a fast paced lapping day is all about. We have some serious drivers that go quite well around this circuit, and
"extra pylons" are booked on other days... ;)
There will be a maximum of 30 cars in total, this ensures you get every second you can handle on the track in the 4 hours.
Helmets are MANDATORY. Passengers are allowed at n/c until they become a driver, then a "second driver charge" applies,
and must be discussed when you book the event.
There will be designated passing zones as always. Flags will be used to warn drivers of any obstructions/problems/slower cars, etc...
Finally, a mandatory drivers meeting will be at 7:30am each event.

I'm looking forward to another great season for you all at our events, and I hope to hear from you soon..

Helmets are optional.

Seriously? I cannot imagine going on track without a helmet, nor letting anyone on to a track event without one.
