Will there be any group buys this year?
I am looking to go Hoosier this year, but have had good luck with the Kuhmo's so far.

I cant really call it a group buy, but Trac Racing has adjusted their prices to reflect real world 2008 pricing.
Call us for quote.

You can contact Dave Stokes with the Oshawa Motorsport Club @ (905) 420-1743. He has been getting us a good deal on Hooisers for the last couple of years. Prices for the new Toyo R888's are pending, and if you would like prices on those, let me know.

I got a price list for the R888 last weekend at Performance World. Prices seem reasonable if you can get the 40% discount they were blabbering to me.

That price list is missing my size (255/50/16), but my list has it. :D

Um.. it's there.. 255/5016 $368.00 $220.80 (slight typo, but still there)
But yes, we acknowledge your distinctness... LOL :D

Wow Joe, the prices rock. They are much cheaper than last year's RA1's. I hope they are just as good. Dave S of OMSC still get's good deals on Hoosier's and he has prices for the A&R6's. I am waiting to see what the prices are like from the supplier, apparently they don't have the list complete yet. Go figure:confused: . What do we need to do to get the SPDA deal;) ?

Sorry to all, this was not meant to be a recruiting thread. But, cdnmadehondaguy, that's a hint of what's involved. The sad part of it all is, after you're part of the family and register for one of the CASC-OR series, you get a bunch of gift certificates worth almost 2.5 times the cost of membership, that can be used to purchase your tires...
Plus a whole bunch of other stuff.

Please see the Announcements section at the top of the forums for details of the 2008 CASC-OR TOYO TIRES CHAMPIONSHIPS.
All CASC-OR licensed/registered competitors in our Autoslalom, Solosprint, and RaceOntario GT Sprints are now eligible for Toyo's Code 1 discount on the new Proxes R888 tire plus an additional 25% on the Proxes RA-1 tire purchased through authorized Canadian TOYO Motorsports dealers (such as Tirecraft Toronto, one of CASC-OR's corporate sponsors!).
Hey Scott,
Fantastic news, a huge thanks to Toyo Canada for supporting grassroots motorsports. This is a great surprise!!!... ;) :D

Hi Maddog,
Those prices are no longer in effect, but they have not changed much at all.
