I have always dealt with Gunter on this issue but i know he is no longer in that position anymore.
When our seires comes to race at the road course for the Victoria Day weekend and the Cascar weekend we rent between 12 to 15 Transponders.
Just wondering who i contact now ?I have sent Gunter an email with the same question but had no response from Gunter.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
Simon

Too much opinion. Not enough fact.

Rule of thumb - never assume an email has been received until confirmed or responded to. Despite modern technology, or, better, because of modern technology, there are all sorts of reasons for emails to be dropped or even blocked e.g. by spam filters, issues with various servers through the transmission process etc. Now you've alleged that the CASC-OR office is not functioning as it should, when the problem could just as easily be at your end. Therefore, Common Courtesy would suggest keeping an uninformed opinion to oneself.

FYI, I'm getting responses back the same, or the very next day from Debbie @ office [at] casc.... So I would check your SPAM filters and firewall.

Perhaps until the Email is resolved, you could try PMing "Region Office"?

Actually, I like Loony Bob very much. :) Happy to have him in the right seat any day to help me go faster!

But I also have received nothing but prompt responses from Debbie since she took the job. So I think you'll likely find good success through PM's. Have a good weekend!
