Rob, yes do bring the super seven.
Regional Solo 2 rules apply so the seven is good.
Yes paxing will be used for under filled classes, but if your lucky Ron and Terry will be out with the dwarf to fill the class.
Rob,
One thing you may want to keep in mind that has affected us mod guys this year running slicks. According to the rules if you run slicks on a mod car besides the roll you have to wear a fire suit, gloves, boots and an SA-2000 helmet. This is certainly the case with the dwarf car. Perhaps Robb or Wes may want to comment if this is the case with super sevens. It seems to be the way I read the rules.
Terry and Kevin can not make it on Sunday but I hope to have the seven there. I drove it last night for the first time. A bit of a disasater, dragging my oil pan skid plate on the ground at the gas station entrance and tires rubbing on fenders. I raised the ride height, but because the geometry has changed the camber curves are a bit drastic in the range of motion of the control arms. So I now have about 0.1 degree positive camber. Will need to got that adjusted before I come out.
hope to see you there.

I dont think I need a SA-2000 helmet in a open cockpit car with a rollbar? or do I ? I have a M2000 helmet, Is that okay? Please let me know . I hope you can make it Ron . Let me know if your not going to be there? I hope you get you car sorted out. I know how agravating it is.

I thought the rule was that you needed an SA 95 or better in any car with roll over protection? BTW I've never enforced this rules as any caged car I've seen has had well padded bars, and been on DOT tires.
Edit: 2.0.4, any caged car must have an SA helmet and 5 point belts. No roll bars, just full cages.

I do believe that Rob's Super 7 is just a roll over bar, so M95 is suffice
Rob, Wes,
oh right, sorry, I was mixing up roll bar with roll cage.
I think I got the seven somewhat sorted last night, so it will be out on Sunday for better or for worse :)

If mod class car is are licensed for street use and competes on DOT tires than an M rated helmet is approved provided no complete roll cage.In other words if the mod class car is on non DOT slicks than a roll bar is required and the driver must wear an SA rated helmet, along with 5 point belts and a single layer fire suit.
I added a roll cage to my car this spring simply to reinforce my old chassis, now I use an SA helmet and 5 point belts.

The copper cone crushing corolla will be there-now with dry AND rain tires(new 32R SC's he he).
Still not likely enough grip to hold off the subura clan if it rains though.:(
See everyone on sunday.

Another vote for B1.
Especially that I've got some RA1's now.
I hope to be on the pace but they may take some getting used to.

I was planning on coming, but I just noticed the price - how come it's so 'spensive (or am I just spoiled by WOSCA and PITL)??
Suzie
I'll be there in the Family Sedan class. Make sure the course is wide enough for the Family barges please.

Suzie, we looked at our expenses for the event and estimated a number of competitors (hard to do when there is another fairly high profile club event running close by on the same day) and work back from there to set an entry fee. I agree that the price was a little steep, but I truly hope that the professionalism that HADA brought to the event made the event worth the entry fee.
In the end we managed to get 6 timed runs and 30 minute of run runs done by 5 pm and not one non-HADA competitor had to marshal.
I would also like to thank all the HADA people who came out and marshaled so that the competitors didn't have to.

Thanks for answering me :-) I was just curious cause it seemed on the high-side - no complaint, just curious (ok, and a little disappointed too, but that's my problem, not yours and, on the upside, I got a whole lotta homework done instead :) )
Glad to hear everyone had a good time!
