Solo 1 school Apr 28-29

Does anyone know how this school is being planned at Fabi ?? I know a number of people who are interested but I don't know if the school is just the first day with a lapping day on Sun or is it actually a school on both days . Certainly I think its alot better having it at Fabi and not that oversized Solo 2 track (DDT) at Mosport . ( I can already hear the groans from all those front wheel drivers )

I would like to help out somehow this year. Or, take the course again, though I hate cleaning cone off my car. <grin>

Indeed this will be a two-day school, with instruction for both Saturday on Fabi and Sunday on Nelson.

From my discussions with the chief instructor, Malcolm Elston, there will be limited enrollment and a favourable student-teacher ration (2:1).

So far, we've been planning to offer a package which includes accomodation for Friday and Saturday night, but details have yet to be worked out.

Malcolm will be posting details plus a call for volunteers to the soloontario site soon!

Dave; I have just posted all the details about the school to this forum, under 'events'. It is a two day school, with Saturday being on Fabi, and Sunday on Nelson. No open lapping. Instructors are needed. Additional info available on the soloontario.com site, or you can e-mail me directly.

As there are only 30 spaces for students, have your acquaintances act promptly to register (details in the events info posted today).
