For all the workers, volunteers, officials that were out in the horrible wet, cold rain during the Speedfest - THANKS! Sunday was really miserable, and I appreciate that you were there to help put on a great weekend!

Myself and the other driver in Team00 (Honda Civic) specifically noted that the blue flags were very helpful.

Were you racing in the Sundowner on Saturday night? I remember watching your car and the blue Sentra have a pretty good hour long battle!

I would also like to send out my thanks out to all those that made the Castrol Canadian Touring Car Championship Races safe, and made them run efficiently. Especially considering the late night Saturday (I also had a late night Saturday as I assisted with the running of the Sundowner) and the dreadful conditions Sunday.

You workers all deserve medals.

I am very new to the business of Stewarding and received much assistance from all the control tower crew, the marshals, grid crew, safety workers, timing and scoring, recovery, etc. I hope I didn't leave out too many.

Every request or inquiry I initiated was handled quickly and competently. I'm not sure if track side workers realize how busy control can be but my introduction to the crew last weekend and this confirms my opinion that we have some of the best workers, organizers and, of course, competitors on the planet.

Thanks for being there.

Yes, I had the first 90 minutes, then Steve (team owner) took over duties. It took about an hour to catch up to Ian in the Sentra, and the (1hr) tape in my camera ran out about 10 seconds after I made the pass for the lead...

Alas, I broke out twice doing so. Looking back, it might have been different had I made it to mock grid before the 1 minute board... =:]
