If I can find a trailer hitch for a '78 Fiat convertible (not my car, sourced for a friend), you can find one for a New Beetle. :P

Did you find any info on a hidden hitch that wouldn't interfere with a low car and rear skirts?

yep.

its a hidden hitch. its already on the car.

class 1. takes 2000 lbs.

and i just bought the trailer too.

4x8 ft.

13" rims... hmm i think ill slap some hoosiers on those bad boys :p

Think of all the rides he could give! Lots of people could fit in a 4x8 trailer.

The weight of the trailer flailing around back there should give the beetle some serious oversteer issues and play hell with cone killing behind you,but I'd love to watch(from the sidelines-not from the inside of the trailer!):cool:

I just had flashes of someone riding around in the trailer as you went threw the slalom. But the trailer was made up to look like a chariot and they were slashing away at the cones as they went by.
