I can't find the part about A/C component/s removal. I'm not sure if I'm still in DSS. I really don't want to be in DSP yet!
93 240sx
Lowering springs( 3points)
CBE (free)
Short shifter (free)
A/C compressor removal and some lines(?????)
I've removed the Clutch fan and I'm using the existing A/C fan (I'veread that removal is not permitted in SS?) (????)
Thanks!

Were there ever any '93 240SXs without A/C? If so, then if you completely change your car back to the non-A/C spec car, you are legal, even for stock. However, you must change all of the items, including trim.
So, to convert to non A/C, you need to take out the evaporator, the condensor, the compressor, and all of the lines. Then, replace the items that are different, if there are any.
It would seem that we have had a rule evolve that allows the change of rads and fans in SP, but not in SS.
What is a CBE?

For us turbo guys, a CBE is a Cat-Back Exhaust, versus a TBE (turbo-back exhaust) or an Axle-Back Exhaust (generally just the can and tail pipe.)

Checked the '93 FSM and the factory parts lookup system and i don't see any non-a/c option for 93. There could have been some base models without a/c but as i remember '93 was the last full year of S13 production and all the cars tended to be well equipped. I think you'd need to find a bill of sale for a car without a/c or find some other dealer documentation to support this.

You could always just ask your competitors if they have an issue with it and if they would protest you. Protests are $50 aren't they?
Looking at the results you were the only DSS competitor in Event #2 and you beat 2nd place in Event #3 by a couple of seconds so I don't think anybody would really care. Maybe you strike a deal with anybody that cares and carry some extra weight in the car.
This is one of those cases where it's better to email those on the committe privately to find your answer and then carry on as you were. If nobody is checking under your hood, nobody cares. ;)

Hmmm, if not specifically mentioned in the rule book then I would take removal of the AC compressor (or even just the belt) as external engine modification. Although that would be a silly mod since it doesn't consume power when not on. The rule book should mention it since it's only really a weight removal item.
