Are my springs stock?

My 97 neon has high rate autocross springs front and rear from mopar. These springs are considered stock by the SCCA (part of a trunk kit awarded to neons). Are these springs considered stock in Ontario for solo1 ?

If these springs come on the car from the factory, then yes they are considered stock. If you had to install them or the dealership installed them after the fact, they no they are not considered stock for the purposes of Solo 1. Or at least this would be my interpretation of the rule.
