Here's the menu for Saturday night's banquet:

BBQ chicken
Sausages - with sauerkraut of course
Fresh Corn on the cob - my parents have a sweet corn farm and it will be
picked that very morning
Baked potato
My moms homemade coleslaw and potato salad
Pickles and cheese platter
Fresh buns
Dessert tray - coffee & tea
Sour cream, butter and BBQ sauce on the tables

So many competitors are coming that lunch for competitors, officials, and marshals on Saturday and Sunday will be covered by the event:

Saturday – Cheeseburger with the works with a summer salad

Sunday – Chicken Swiss Burger – chicken burger with swiss cheese and a chipotle mayo, tomato and lettuce, served with a summer salad
