250's on what size rim ?

i was wondering how wide does a rim have to be to fit 250's on

the tires are racing slicks off of the Indy Lights, which are yoko's and i have a set a bit more then 50% left which i got from the Molson Indy today

they supposenly sit on 15inch rims but i was just wondering what width would the rim have to be ?

I'd check one of the major tire manufacturers websites.
I've seen most tire information have a recommended wheel width size that can be used for tires.
Find a comparable size for a race tire...
