Steve,

I had a problem with the differential and lost drive to the wheels. I parked the car in what I thought was a safe place.

Yellow flag was shown for two laps. On the third lap a new driver in a BMW 325 came in too hot and lost it on the exit of three, got into a tank slapper trying to save it, couldn't and skidded directly into my car.

The damage is repairable, but will take some time, I was already out of the car and watched the whole thing unfold, as soon as I saw him sideways I knew he was going to hit my car, he was looking right at it.

The car was disassembled on Monday, in an attempt to get it ready for the Glen, but I cannot get parts in time. So I will be taking my Motorola Cup Firebird instead.
