Was wondering about the legalities of everyone sitting at the table being kicked out and banned permanently due to one person's action(pulling out a controlled substance at the table and offering to smoke up our waitress). Anyone here know if the bar owner is allowed to do that. Doesn't really seem right to me, tell ya the truth.
Kinda like haveing 100 people go to a rock concert, having a good time, then one person pulls a gun outta the blue and blows his brains out, everyone can't get get charged because of one person's acts.
Anyone know if this could be done legally, or how I would go about disputing the owner's decision?

I don't know what the bars are like out there but around here there's usually a sign posted somewhere that says the management reserves the right to boot you out for whatever reasons they see fit. You could fight it and maybe even get somewhere but is it really worth it?
I'd look to finding associates with a bit more common sense first though.

And here I thought it was going to be about the BAR F1 cars getting confiscated in Monte Carlo, or France, or wherever it was. Silly me.

1) Bar owners can do anything they want - it's their establishment
2) Try posting this useless crap on a ***** board instead. You'll probably get some equally useless answers/opinions to this question.
