So does that mean no All Season tires then?

That noise reg is strange. There's not a residence within half a km of that place. Pretty much every event has people living closer than that. Most of the businesses in that neighbourhood are closed on weekends too.

Look at CCC noise rules this way:

A stock Z06 excedes municiple noise limits from over 50 ft away, so you'd need a pretty damn loud car to get kicked out of a Corvette event.
