Yes, that was Top Gear. A really cool show. It was carried on BBC World for a while, but I haven't seen it lately. They do regular cars as well, but every few episodes they go all out for the supercars. Awsome photography, and the guy is really into the cars and technology, so you get all the cool info, not just MPG :)

It's a fantastic show.
I watched one where they taught grandmothers how to do big smokey donuts in an S2000, and another where they taught the same grandmothers how to fly into a parking spot with the E-Brake.
