Friday evening drag racing  I wonder if I can break into the 15's with the weight reduction I did this spring and my monster power mods since last event :D

BTW Rob, I owe you a new PIP form and yes, I'm still in GT2.

I ran 16.3@84mph in stock trim 2 years ago at one of those Friday night test sessions. Since then I have removed 100+lbs from the car, I got the header (calculated 12HP) re-installed last weekend and a top secret mod that is worth atleast 50MHP (mental horse power) and no, it is not a yellow "Miata Type R" sticker. :) That should be enough to yeild a 15.8@87+mph but if I can't run atleast 15.99 :( than I will take you up on your offer to push.

What time are the drags? I may pop in earlier, just to see what my car heavy ass car can do. Price is like $30 or something, right?

ps ... I got my car corner weighted. It was off by 160lbs  . So, lookout Jeff, here I come! ('cause that will make up those 4sec, right?) ;)

they where about the same as the 5.0L mustang when both are in stock form. out of the box a GLHS runs a 14.6 at i think 96mph
that is why i picked this car to race with it's no slouch . and my motor is all stock. . I just have to learn to drive .
now dave don't go reclassing my car lets play.
PS is removeing my power steering concidered a mod ?
