NOTICE - Time Attack Cancelled
Saturday July 18th - 2009
To build upon on the very successful HADA Lapping Schools from the last two years, we decided to bring a team of coaches to provide instruction for drivers of all different experience levels. Our lapping school is designed to facilitate every type of driver, from first time track drivers, to experienced lappers, and even seasoned racers. No experience is needed, and we encourage all beginners who have been thinking about doing some track driving this year to join us! The coaching team will be lead by experienced Speed World Challenge, Koni Grand Am, and Castrol Canadian Touring Car driver Andrew Wojteczko, who is also lead race Engineer for the Auto Analyser Racing team. Each student will recieve specialized instruction for their individual driving style from our team of instructors, gain valuable experience on driving/racing technique, and recieved input for vehicle setup from actual road racers and race engineers. This is the ideal way for any beginner to familiarize themselves with track driving, as you will be made aware of proper track etiquette and procedures, safety measures, as well as preventing the formation of bad driving habits and techniques! For those drivers not interested in participating in the school but still wanting to do some testing or practice, open lapping will be available.
Sunday July 19th - 2009 CANCELLED
Sorry folks - seems the recession isn't kind to new events. The Time Attack is cancelled.
PREREGISTRATION PRICES: (will be higher for walk-ins)
Saturday Lapping School: $200.00 FULL
Saturday Open Lapping: $150.00 (discounted for HADA and SPDA members)
By participating in this weekend, you will be completing hundreds of kilometers ON THE TRACK during this school, and even more during the event the next day. In terms of dollar value per seat time, there is nothing else that even comes close to this weekend. HADA is a non-profit motorsport club, so our primary concern with this weekend is quality instruction and a fun and exciting experience.
In order to register for these events, print and mail the second page of the registration form which can be found on the HADA website: http://www.hadamotorsport.com/?page_id=43
Participation is limited, and we are expecting this event to sell out. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to post here and ask as there is likely others who have the same question, or you can also PM or email me.
