More stage distance added to Shannonville

New stage added to Shannonville Stages Rally

With a little judicious tweaking, we have been able to add an additional stage which will be approximately 20 km in length, using the Shannonville Pro Track - this well give us 7 stages with over 140 km of competitive stages. I think that puts us 2 laps short of a National :-). This gives us 7 distinct layouts - one for each stage - the shortest stage is about 7 km - the longest 48.

(not using go cart or drap strip layouts (although both are part of other circuits.)

This is great news.....looks like you're really pulling out all the stops in making this inaugural event a good one.

What's the deal for spectators? A bunch of us will be coming out to watch, and we'd like to know what to expect.

My understanding is that Spectators [without waivers] are restricted to Grandstand area.

I know its a great viewing location however I would suggest binoculars to see action at far side of track.

There will for most of the day be two stages operating at the same time.

Cars will enter stage 15 or 20 seconds apart I think so some exiting action.

Certainly be a busy rally with best spectating possible

Oh yes the course Snack Bar will be operating
