Attention Mustang Guru's....
I've developed an issue with axle seals in the '94 Mustang GT (Ford 8.8") rear end in my Cobra. Its been good for the last 3 seasons or so and then I've now had 2 go in 3 events, both on the right side.
Any suggestions (don't say its the install - I've done a few with no problems). I was wondering if the C-clips or the main pin in the diff might be the issue, allowing the axle to walk in and out excessively? The bearing looks good and the axle surface at the seal is also good.
