Is the portable at the DDT air conditioned?

the portable at DDT lacks any electricity, let alone an air conditioner :)

Someone tried to install A/C in there once....by driving a Protege5 through one of the walls.

Also the last time i looked in there it was full of junk( old reynard body parts )from the school and racoon **** !
