I forgot to include in the Event # 9 Flyer:

The paddock area will be on GRASS. Please bring something to support your jack if you intend to change tires.

How do I make sure I have a spot at the shootout? I emailed Wendy(I think) , should I call too?

You need to get more than 95 points at an event, AND be series registered. You can come to the PMSC event, pay the $25 (for non-series registered competitors, the extra $5 is the series fee for that event), and do really well in your class.

I did 2 Solo 1 events last weekend and scored 95+ both days, do I qualify? I also have the PITL B-mod championship sewn up, but that doesn't matter right??

No, I don't think the PITL events matter.
I'm not sure how it works for solo 1, did you email the solo 1 director?

Yeah not sure what the deal with the Solo 1 first-timers weekend package adn the Shootout.

The shootout is a Solo 1/Solo 2 event, so you do not have to be Solo 2 series regisistered. Solo 1 doesn't really have a series registration so I dunno.. Solo 1 wise you'd be considered an "Unlicensed Competitor".

As for the PITL thing, I think the general rule is periodically people who have not run a solo 1 or regional solo 2 event can be invited to the event based on a club or alternate series win. Though I think it's more on an overall basis than a per-class basis.

Anyhow your score is sufficient, that's for sure. Like Logan says, ask the director(s). Try Christian since your qualifying score is in Solo 1.

Where are those flyers being hosted? They're taking a few minutes to load for me, and virtually lock up the computer while doing it.

Also a sup-reg question: Since we have to run family numbers, does that mean that people with regional numbers over 100 will have a 4 digit car number? And does PMSC realize that regional numbering always takes precidence under regional rules?

I'm just gonna pre-register, if they don't want me there, I'm sure somebody will say something.

I don't know about anybody else, but since its a regional event, I'll be running my regional numbers and thats it, the organizer can figure out the rest of the math if they want. I pre-registered with the series and have had the #7 for two years, thats what will be on my car.

I don't like this either. If it was being done all year fine, but we have registered regional numbers for a reason.

I'm not too concerned about wearing the numbers. I think everyone knows who is in their family. We've got shoe polish, throw a 1 or whatever on your window. It wont be difficult.

Run group B is 3/4 of the field.....glad I'm not in a or c when it comes to marshaling!

I didn't notice anything about run-groups .. just that the running order is different.

Oh, and I suppose the numeric prefixes are needed because the timing system doesn't support Alpha-numeric car numbers? heh

Exactly. I have no problem with a group run order, but extra numbers? PMSC should now better!
