I don't know... I think they'd probably keep using it if it actually made people slow down for a construction zone. The double fines don't work.

Part of my daytime job is to review traffic controle plans for constructions site.

I used this picture in a email presentation to my department for a new form of traffic controle. I recived mixed result. I don't know why?:confused: I would surly slow traffic down.;)
