It appears that there may be a number of people coming to Barrie Speedway on June 27th. I just thought I should let you all know that if you buy tickets online you get a deal when you buy six at a time, $20.00 savings. :D

It's all for fun, if the Mustang beats my old grocery getter, then so be it.. LOL It'll be fun regardless. Tashko's alternator was failing and his car was misfiring through the races, that's why he had no power. ONce he gets that fixed, it'll be fast.

KOTH was fun, even with the mis-firing! Changing an alternator in the rain the next morning was not so much fun.

Rob, your car was putting the power down good. I tried to come back at you out of the final turn to get a run on the inside but you had good bite and I sputtered. I'll get you next time. <waves cane in air>
The races were good that night!

I managed to drive the car back to hotel parking lot Sat. night. It started sputtering about 500m from the hotel and died 100m away! Luckily with a little push from the gang staying at the hotel, it fired up and drove the 100m to the parking lot. There was a bit of un-burned fuel in my exhaust system...

I'm going to relocate the alternator to the other side of the engine, away from the exhaust, which I think is cooking the voltage regulator. There's not much air flow to it with the FMIC and the turbo outlet piping.
