Lost/Misplaced Scooter and Hat

When cleaning up after the solo yesterday in Peterborough I found a kid sized scooter and baseball cap.
I imagine they belong to one of the kids that went for some fun runs.
Anyone?
I'll try not to enjoy the scooter too much until I can make arrangements for returning...

Check the bottom of the scooter. I think it says Mcgrath.

I saw that beside my car when leaving. I left it there as I thought Tony was still doing runs.

Sounds like they could be my sons. If the cap has a blue jays patch on it and the scooter says "McGrath" then its a good bet they belong to Andrew.

If you are coming to the shoot out event in October bring them along, otherwise I'll make arrangements to pick them up at some point.

I could have sworn I loaded that scooter back into the van...the mind ain't what she used to be.. :( ..... 'course neither is anything else for that matter.;)

Best to focus on the positive though.. If Robb Smith can go that fast at 50+ years young then there is still hope... :)

I guess now I have a good excuse to go back to Peterborough for a club event too. Got any "season enders" coming up ??

PS - having those fun runs was great. Andrew loves to go for the ride- he was talking about it all the way home. Couldnt have been any better- a tricky, technical course that rewarded the patient. 6 runs, no marshalling, perfect weather, over an hour of fun runs, and a great lunch wagon only 1 minute from the site! Nicely done!!

Did you notice whos house that was up the drive way? I beleave the sign said Leahy(spl) aren't they a celtic style group?

The leahy family are from the area, but that isn't one of the famous family members houses. Maybe a relative?
