yeah you missed it Tom.. you would have loved the course too.. very high speed and some tough technical corners..
hows the ice car? and hows the AE86? done for awhile?
We wondered where you were Tom. We have a great battle for FTD involving 4 cars, Craig, myself, David in the Solstice and Adam in the M Coupe with David taking it.

You know, I was going to ask you if you were going... but when you said you were working on the ice racer, I assumed you were skipping it.
I must say, I have to get that MR2 going again. I can't stand my DD's understeer.

Crap,I'm bummed at myself for being an idiot. For some reason I was sure there was a weekend between events-it was the 2 weeks between today and the next event I had in my head I guess.
The ice racer was ready to go yesterday, not too confident in its ability(or mine to drive it actually)to get cose to ftd,.Stock civics with 300+k sure seem like an underdog to me.:)
The corolla issues look to be ignition and not fuel as I had originally thought, luckily its an intermittant problem so its very easy to trace.

Aw Tom....I thought you knew it was today - and the weather was PERFECT! I couldn't touch Dave in his Soltice. Damn that things fast. His secret this year - A6's.
Good course, but really sandy for the first couple of runs. I could have used your toolbox buddy. I should actually buy my own allen wrench that fits my swaybar adjuster :D On a happier note - my starter crapped out for 3 runs and then mysterious decided to work again. Then on the last run, I think my diff went south. That will be 4 times I've had to open the thing up in the last 2 months...
See you in Peterborough next weekend?

That was one of the most fun autox's i have been too. It was a great battling back and forth all day. It took me until about the 6th run to figure out how to use those r888's. Overall great amazing day.... can't wait for the ATTS at Mosport!
Thanks again to Steve, Lynda, Todd and Aris for putting on another great event!

Glad you guys all had a fun.
We went for a nice relaxing bike ride all through Haliburton instead.
Craig I'm not running any regional events, need to save my equipment since it seems to be letting me down as of late-sound familiar?.:)
If the civic makes it through the next tlmc event I might take it to the ATTS series event at the ddt-no chance in hell of doing well in mod class with it but I need to have some fun behind the wheel so...

Cone mashing? More like cone carnage. Those little orange buggers didn't see us coming!
Great course though! Took some practice, but once it was down, it really started to get tight. A lot of battles were had that day, in every class. No real outright wins...you worked for your placing this round!
