I am pleased to pass on positive comments from the Indy officials on how well the drivers, teams and track personnel performed over the weekend.

I cannot quote them directly, but they were impressed with the driving skills and co-ordination of the regional assembly.

Maybe we will get invited back again. :eek:

Honestly speaking (even though I say this as not having been there in attendance), the "regional assembly" has bailed out Andretti Green Promotions by not only 'putting on' good races, but by saving the event from unaceptable to a respectable level. What I mean by this is the overall program offered, which have not been finalized a good month beforehand, yet collecting usurious admission prices from the public. AGP had no much choice in picking supporting events!

Hoping for an invitation back is a fair expectation, in my opinion.

I would like to say thank you to the Time Warp Racing organizers, Alister, Jon and Dino for allowing me to be a part of this event. I had a great (busy) time photographing the events and paddocks over the race weekend. I tried to shoot it photojournalism style so I didn't interact with the participants as much as I would have liked to. It was very apparent to me the dedication, skill and effort put in by all who participated, crewed and cheered for their drivers.
I had wonderful help and insight from the Henderson's with the teams and their expectations and we gelled as a team ourselves to record the events during the weekend.
Thank you all for making my task easier and I hope our photos will bring back some fond memories of the inaugural Honda Indy.
