BE AFRAID!

That' 108whp is what I've been running with all season. I just bought a racing header, which bumped my "wretched little engine" (as Adam would say) up to an awe-inspiring 116whp. Z06's, here I come!!!!!!!!!!! :p

I think that has more power than my Honda lawnmower, but i'm not sure....

My torque number is the same as yourhorsepower, but I only had 83.6 rwhp when tested this July on the same dyno. Not going to win even in T4 with that!

I guess it does support the argument of the big power guys that most of the tracks favour handling!

I think you got that backwards, Adam...

It should be BETTER HANDLING and then more power :)

So Dave,

Does that header mod put you in GT1, or am I going to need a fresh set of Hoosiers to stay ahead of you?

My car is still in GT3 with the header, so you'd better go Hoosier shopping! :p I'm running a stock ECU now and no rear swaybar, so I've actually still got 1 PIP to spend in GT3 even with the new header installed. And hey, if it'll make you sleep a little worse at night I'm also thinking of running some higher spring rates if the weather if forecast to be dry...fun!

Oh sure. We'll all just swap out our suspensions when we get to the track - depending on the weather.

Christian's not running this weekend. Maybe I can borrow his - if I can install it without taking a point for camber.

Didn't you beat the GT2 class in the rain the last time we ran Pro Track? Oh right - You're only swapping if it is DRY.

actually, I missed the Pro/Fabi weekend because of my brother's wedding, but I did beat GT2 in the rain on Nelson at Event 1. However, the track conditions were really variable that day and I had the good fortune of a semi-dry run while GT2 competitors didn't (not to mention Krispy was faster than me in GT4). But hey, that's all moot in the rain since propositioning isn't in effect.

I think I'm going to call Yokohama about my Solo 1 tire coupon and see about some really fresh rain tires for this weekend though :) Hehehehe...........
