passengers and cameras

i'm blind.....what's the deal?

rule book is pretty clear on ON-Board mounted cameras..

nothing about passengers holding cameras



ok or not ok??

as long as there is a secondary means of attachment (strap) if flows
with the onboard mounting requirements

I'd say OK, but when I'm near enough to comment I usually recommend they use the wrist/neck strap.
