Never got to see the Mustang run once cuz you were right behind me in the lineup, looked alright though, how did you do?

Hope to see you out on the 19th Tom, I won't see you at the shoot-out, Our events need all the help they can get to run smoothly, plus you'd so kick my ass anyway.

Glad all you guys came today, sorry it took so long... that;s the most cars we had all year and our timer crapped out so we couldn't run 2 at a time...

yeah thanks. did you catch my run where i looped it

my best run was a 45.2(?or .3?), and i was really aiming for a 44.xx

i couldnt put it together, ill just blame the dusty lot this time :p

is your svt stock?

damn, i remember when i was looking to buy an 01...

actually i just saw the tail end of that run, i was messing with my camera or something and my sister started yelling at me to look lol she got freaked out everytime your car went up on 3 wheels, i tried to explain to her that you do that everytime, but she was still scared everytime lol

yeah its 99% stock, i have some magnaflow mufflers welded in there but thats it. i'm undecided as to whether i should drop a couple grand into a coil over suspension for it over the winter, or into some rims and r compound tires. i think im leaning more towards the tires but im not too sure.

what have you got done to the bug? sounds like you have a big ass turbo sucking in some serious air on that thing.

I had great fun yesterday it was well worth the drive up to Barrie! Joe the Subaru clan laying down drift after crazy drift, those guys at the Brampton center have nothing on them.:D

A good day for the Focus it ran well and I spent more time working on the setup rather than my line through the course which is a 1st for me this season.

On a totally unrelated note my truck got 318km on a tank with the Focus in tow. I'm sure I could have got 350km without my sprint up the 400 with Andrew in the morning.

I'll be back to Barrie, I hope to see everyone at the Bronte CCC event this Sunday.

TLMC always holds the most fun events. It's always a pleasure going there.

I guess after a season of Focused competition :p it's nice to go to a venue that's laid back and doesn't take offence to a few people having fun.

The course was beautifully laid out, it actually was really really hard to resist drifting. Ah well, it's a hobby ain't it, might as well have fun.

Another surprise of the day, Yoshio of Japanese Automotive showed up.. That was cool, and actually ran his Celica, now he's going to install a Limited Slip Diff.. LOL. Yep, Yoshio was the guy that tuned my car and the winning cars in BSP and CSP this year in SoloOntario.

Hope to see everyone out there again.

lol, that sound is coming from the exhaust. the car has the stock factory turbo.

after the last regional event i removed the aftermarket suspension and went back to stock. sure theres alot more body roll, but the car rides so much nicer on the streets.

got any pics or videos from sunday?

send them to me via msn, andrew_cordeiro@hotmail.com

p.s- hopefully ill see you on sunday @ bronte go station. ill take you guys for a ride.

There's video of a couple cars on the SPDA website.

LINK (http://www.wiredmotorsports.com/forum/topic.asp?topic_id=673&forum_id=44&Topic_Title=TLMC+Video%27s&forum_title=Subaru+General+Discussions&M=False&S=True)

Sean, your car looked pretty alright, I remember you guys passing us on the highway. Tires on that car make a big diff. Julie Wojtechco runs a stock GT with R's and she's realy quick.

I loved that event, just a blast to drive... no pressure, just plain fun. Plus I love the AWD class.

I'm hitting WOSCA next week, rather than CCC. Hope to see some of you there.

-Pete

hahahahah yeah, i remember that. i see a big line of subaru's, all with at least rims and exhaust on em, and i knew for sure exactly where you guys were going.

yeah i definately need some tires soon rather than later. this stock rubber keeps getting more and more bald every event, and every day on the road, its gettin pretty scary.

andrew, i cant believe that sound is coming from your exhuast! thats the most insane thing ive ever heard. what the hell causes that?

i've got a couple pics of some cars at the end of the first slalom, no videos though. ill get the pics hosted sometime soon. and yeah ill probably see you at the go station. you cant take my sister for a lap unless you want your seats stained... she just about shits herself when riding with me, and im as slow as they get :o

Hey Sean,

You're sister has a nice Trans Am, she should be entering these events. As you know, it's the best place to controllably go wild with our cars and it's completely street legal.

We usually convoy to the events we participate in and it's frequently posted on the main page of the SPDA web site, the convoy is not just for Subaru's only, it's a lot of fun travelling in a pack. We usually have FRS radios, and there's ususally lots of insults flying around, just to keep things interesting.

Hope to see you at the last TLMC event.

Oh.. All SPDA cars take passengers during the runs, so if you or your sis want to know how an AWD car feels on the track, you guys are welcome. I know Pete and I had passengers for every run last weekend. Even during the drift sessions.
