I was figuring out how to post a picture,

1) I had to create an album in my profile,
2) I had to load the pictures in the album
3) I copied and pasted the BB caption to display picture.

is there a simpler way????????

Peter, you can upload from your own computer. When you open a page to type a message, scroll down to "Additional Options" and click on "Manage Attachments." You'll get a pop-up where you can browse and open a photo file, then click on "Upload" and when you post the message you'll get something like this. :p Well, maybe not something exactly like this, but ... ;)
