So I have the booking for 3 cottages less than 10 minutes from the airport. They are clean, have kitchens, bathrooms and heat! Marshall didn't even use up all the hot water so it has lots of that too! here's how they break down:
Small cottage, 1 bedroom: TAKEN
Medium cottage, 2 bedrooms: TAKEN, 1 pull out couch, NOT TAKEN
Large cottage, (set up like a semi with two kitchens and two bathrooms), four bedrooms: NOT TAKEN and two pull out couches, NOT TAKEN
Costs break down like this: If we rent out everything, all seven bedrooms and the three pull out couches, it will be $110/bedroom and $80 per pull out and that is only for BOTH NIGHTS. We have to pay a little more because this is considered to be the beginning of the peak weekend season. We have four bedrooms and the three couches still open, let us know. I do have to send ina deposit and pay for this in advance, (a month before, end of April) so if you are interested, drop me a PM and I will get you on the list. A deposit would be nice, but you will have to pay in full by the end of April to ensure you'll be staying with us.
