So am I reading these CNAC rules right?
I get a number supplied to me at every event, so I don't have to use shoe polish or tape or make my own numbers? How many sets do I get?
And I also get a little trophy if I do well?
What is this
When do we vote on these rules? I'd also like to have scantily clad girls with umbrellas while I'm on the grid, and podium girls for the TV coverage.

Of course TLMC have been doing this for years.
And they even have scantily clad girls too, but if you didn't make it to an event in the summer you're outta luck, cos it's too cold now for tit. ;)

I'd hardly call the .99cent(if it even cost that much?) dash plaque thing a trophy!
When I organized the muskoka kart track series I had custom glass trophy's made complete with prizes from local business(much work to kanvas for btw)and this was with no club to organize the day, round up prizes etc-just Lisa and I.
Of course at the end of the season after 7 events I had a grand total of about $10 bucks left over!:D

Yeah, but it's nice to at least come away with something. COMP charge $35 bucks and they don't even post their results on their site, or send them to Taylor unless people complain.
PITL is nice but you get nothing.
WOSCA at least has a nudist park on the way
I like the idea of having the little ceremony at the end of the day. The women at work are always impressed when I get a plaque.:o
So, I wonder what kind of 'trophies' the other clubs are going to provide. ;)

I'm not sure why all clubs hosting events can't make the effort to provide at least something to the class winners.Other than TLMC's little dash plaques the only time I've received anthing is once when winning csp at an event in pennslvannia I received a nice artsy plaque, they were awarded in differing sizes for the top 3 in all class.
Like most people I don't do the events in hopes of winning something but it would be nice for all the effort we put in.I try to support the sport as much as possible by attending car shows, cruise nights with the car and when people ask what you win and you say "nothin"you can tell they think its a dumb sport to do and win nothing to boot.

Well WOSCA doesn't give event trophies because we've never been able to afford it. We also don't have class winners, since we pax everybody. Calculating the pax winner isn't something we do on site either so it's kind of hard to give a trophie to the winner, when we don't know who that is. We're working on an onsite results. If we can ever update to a newer laptop it won't be a big problem.

It shouldn't be to hard Marsh as I did my events on pax as well, just a calculater and I corrected every person every run and had results posted as they happened on a big dry erase board in the spectator area.Everyone knew within 10 seconds after a run how they did.
So giving out prizes was easy, kept people happy instead waiting to hear how they did.People also want to know how they compared to their buddy in a different class right away as well.
