The CASC-OR Banquet will be on November 14 this year at the following address:

Awards to follow dinner
We have hotel rates in place with Sheridan as follows:
Best Western Traditional - $99.00 (The Best Western is newly renovated and joined to the Sheridan by a covered walkway)
Sheridan Traditional - $129.00
Call: 1-800-668-0101 for reservations, mention that you are with Canadian Automobile Sports Clubs or CASC-OR.
Tickets for award winners will be available for pick up at the door that night, please notify your regional director if you will be attending. Volunteer and Special Award winners will also be able to pick up their tickets that night at the door.
If you are planning on purchasing tickets to the event you must do so by November 6th, contact Deb at the CASC office to arrange purchase, cost is $50 per person. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door and we need to advise the caterer as to numbers ASAP.
The Annual General Meeting will be held the following day, November 15 at the Sheridan Parkway, from 10am to 1pm in the Thornhill room and we would like to encourage everyone to attend.
