Looking for place with Hunter wheel balancer or equivalent

Hi everyone,
I'm new to Toronto and I need to find a "solo approved" shop that can put my snow tires on my rims, and my Kumho MXs back on in the summer :)

Can anyone recommend a shop that knows how to do a good mount and balance? Hunter machine preferable but the equivalent will do...

OH.. while i have your attention... can anyone recommend a general mechanic for alignments, regular maintenance, and the like???
