Couple questions....

1. When is the meeting? It would be nice to see some annnouncement as to times so that out of towners can plan thier trip.

2. When I called the hotel for a room there is no SOLO 1 or 2 special room rate. Why does it say there is one on the flyer? Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem when asking for the discount. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about, so full price was the order of the day. If there is one, hopefully they can apply it later.

I'm sorry to hear that some guys were unable to get room discounts!

The deal that has been arranged works out to about a $20 / night discount on both venues in the comples: $99 for the Best Western and $129 for the Sheraton.

When talking to the front desk or reservations, please ask them to confirm with 'Paulina Yuen' in Group Catering about these rates if they profess ignorance.

Paulina has promised to make sure that they know about it!!!!!
