Anyone know of a place in Ontario that can refill a SPA extinguisher filled with AFFF? Thanks

Call Jennifer at CSC Racing, she'll know for sure. That's where I purchased my SPA system.

Perry auto in Laval, QC can do it as well, and some place in Blainville where I had mine refilled.

Have you tried Britain West Automotive in Brantford, ON? They refilled and repaired my fire system last season.
